Very good advice!
I used Accutane back when it first came out. I now regret using it. It has way too many side effects to make it worth the trouble and I now have permanent medical side effects caused by it.
Your current situation does not meet the criteria for using Accutane and if it is suggested, find a new doctor.
Please read
this document from the FDA regarding Accutane, especially the section titled, "What Are The Risks". I think you will find that this is not something you want to use.
In addition to soccerchamp's idea, there is also a product called RetinA which also has good results.
