My sister got implants, from a 36A she went to a 36C, same size I am. Upon announcing that she was now the same size as I am, my only remark was, "Yea, but I didn't PAY for mine".
Perhaps if they were to get saggy and National Geographic looking, I 'might' consider it, but I love my melons. Squishy and bouncy beats hard coconuts, IMO
