Here are a few things I recently read. Thought some might find them interesting...
1. It's better to work out six time for 30 minutes in a week rather than three times for 60 minutes. Something to with do boosting metabolism more often, being able to perform without burning out and excercise is a natural appetite suppressant.
2. Make your own gel ice pack by mixing 1 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol, seal in a plastic bag and freeze for a few hours. It makes a slush that will stay cold for at least 60 minutes and comform to your body. I tried it and it works great!
3. The Journal of Nutrition had an article about CLA. Seems it works pretty well as long as you work out. There was a test where mice were fed a high-fat diet and CLA and excercised 5 times/week. Their body fat decreased by 4% and they gained lean muscle mass. Excercise or CLA alone produced these same results.

Anyway, here are three interesting topics (at least to me). thoughts - comments? I'm also interested in CLA experiences you may have.
