Check your adapter/video capabilities and monitor settings. Right click on Desktop - Properties - Settings - Advanced : 1) Adapter 2) Monitor
Under adapter, check List All Modes, see if you can identify a desired setting, select and see if you can run it.
Under monitor, try different frequencies to see which one(s) works best. It'll take a couple of minutes to see what combination works best for you.
It's possible that you may need to update your video card drivers and/or monitor drivers.
