Doesn't matter, tissue paper becomes extremely useless once it becomes wet (ie bottle breaks, package gets wet, etc)

I'm curious as to why people is still sending stuff via mail rather than Fedex or UPS? Granted, they may be more expensive than USPS, but at least your package will actually make it whereas with snail mail, it's got a head/tail chance of getting there
