sent my info to an unsolicited Amazon email, help please!

I recieved an email saying it was from Amazon that said my bank had contacted them about possible unauthorized activities in my account.
Like the idiot I am, I didn't give it a thought until after I had sent the info off.

I went to Amazon, looked under their "Safe and Secure Online Transactions" section, and felt my breakfast become leaden in my stomach.
It says they don't send out unsolicited emails looking to verify user account information.

I contacted Amazon about it in an email, and hopefully they can help out.
Since today is Sunday, I'll have to wait til tomorrow to cancel my debit card, but, I was wondering if you more savvy and smarter internet users know of any actions I can take in the meantime?
