Wow, I'd LOVE to hear your definition of "exploitation."
I'm currently reading Robert Heinlein's
For Us, the Living. In that book, he outlines a very interesting economic view of the role of government. I'm not going to try to explain it here...I'm trying to mull it over to the point where I actually understand it.
I'd recommend it for an interesting read, at least.
