They're just stock photos... there are 100's of stock photohouses around the world. It's not like anyone puts out casting calls for "Spam Models."

EDIT: For example here is a whole bunch of different spams with the same model in them... almost definately taken from a stock photohouse. (regards to Rob Cockerham for the research)
