I was just passing by and I heard that a particular contributor mentioned something about jazz musicians in high school being geeks and I just wanted to come here to set the record straight for those who are uncertain...
I am much, much more of a geek now than I ever was in high school.

It took me while to decide whether to comment on what you've been saying here, Daoust, but it's been making me mad so I owe it to myself to express it. Didn't you start this thread asking for peoples' opinions? I saw no evidence of you actually considering their opinions, only snide remarks. This latest one suggests that you didn't listen to whatever criticism the idea came under. Why ask if you don't want to hear the answer?
