I recently gave my brother my old 2.1 speaker setup, and I need a program that can alter the sound levels such as bass and treble. Ideally it would be like NVMixer but he doesn't have Soundstorm, he has a sound card built in to his motherboard which is based on the SiS 7018 chipset.
The obscene amount of bass that is emanating through the wall is driving me nuts, as all I can hear all day is THUMP THUMP THUMP RUMBLE.
