You're not supposed to take vitamin C supplements within 4 hours of the pill, or it may lose effectiveness. Only one of the nurse practitioners and doctors who've performed my annual exam or dispensed refills to me in the past four years has been responsible enough to even mention it. Another confirmed it when I asked.
