Some of you might remember I started working out a little while ago...
I just got back from my morning run and figured Id recap.
Couple of months ago (dont remember exactly) I was 101KG (222lbs) and am now 90KG (198lbs). I'm happy with what I have so far but my goal is somewhere between 75-80 KG (165-176).
I've gone down three belt sizes now and pretty much have to go and buy new pants for work (and a new belt!). I only decided to start running a couple of days ago (after walking the rest of the time), I've been pretty depressed lately but as soon as I'm walking or running I just feel great again so its a pretty good motivator
