If anything will do it, Nature's Miracle is it. Really though, if the carpeting and padding were soaked and dried for that long it's almost impossible to get odor-free. I've helped a friend with a dog problem and we had to saturate the areas that were bad, then use an extractor on them. Several times. Each time it got a little better.
Do what you can then use a baking soda freshener repeatedly. Hopefully the weather will allow lots of open windows.
