I saw it at the pre-premiere... It was alright, but the first matrix was way better -- This one seemed overhyped, and it seemed that there was a lot of 'filler' (like Morpheuses beef with that other black dude).

It kind of reminded me of Star Wars Episode I... It was entertaining, but it had its rough spots.

I think if you look at the literary aspect of it, the reason I didnt like it was the plot was really lacking -- The first Matrix was great, it was a "Hero's Journey" story, with some very profound philosophical questions. Reloaded tried to do this as well, but it felt more... well. . forced... and unrealistic.

I should point out that I was a fanatical Matrix fan, me and my sister saw it 10 times in the theater (I also remember it had such low publicity that we were the only ones in the theater back then, hehe).
