Yeah, I understand that. Too many drivers think bicycles don't belong on the road. I try to avoid riding thru towns because I was having too many close calls with cars.

I usually yell at drivers who don't grant me the right of way and give them a nasty stare, and once or twice was tempted to chase them down a side street, but figured I would just get in trouble for that

I've been charged by deer once or twice and once ran over a squirrel. Maybe NY deer are more rude tham midwest deer
