I'm hoping that someone can recommend a few good rap artists / albums for me to check out. What I'm looking for is an artist who raps about real things, not just lyrics with words that rhyme and sound good next to each other(although a mixture of the two would be ideal). I also want to hear that the artist is putting some feeling into his work. I want to hear him sound angry / sad / happy / whatever, but I want it to sound real.

I would rather not name some artists that I've found (I've only found 1 or 2) that match my criteria because I don't want that to interfere with your recommendations.

I hope I'm not being too vague. I'm really looking forward to see what you throw at me. Thanks!
