Burners go on the bottom here. No particular reason why, it's just how I've always done it.
I'd put the number of computers I've built in the hundreds. I don't usually bother with ESD, I just make sure to touch a faucet or switch plate or something else grounded to discharge before I get started. I hear the bracelets work well though.
All in all, looking good there SiN. And the computer looks good too!
