yeah man, you've got a pretty normal situation on your hands.
wear some tightey whiteys to restrict that thing and some loose jeans.
though I hid it from my girlfriend for a while ("its my cell phone"), and she thought there was something wrong with her (not attractive enough, etc)...lol
