Start weight 232.

Goal weight 205.

Current weight 205.8.

I could MAYBE lose 5 more without looking too thin, but I'm pretty happy with it right now. I'm now onto the idea of body building rather than just focusing on the fat, and the best thing about muscle beyond look/feel is you burn free calories just by sitting around
