Not knowing what the exact problem is, I'm not sure what solution to offer. I'll give you one that I have used in a crunch. I taped the card to an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and set the printer to print on that piece of paper with the card attached to the paper where the printing would occur. This will work if the printer is having trouble reading the size of the card.
