I think we can assume everyone has "friends and family" at the top of the list, so I'll omit the obvious.
I wouldn't mind losing anything in my house except my computers. I'm a geek, and they're a big part of who I am. I also value my peace and quiet relax time where I don't have to be around a single person.
Although, disasters aren't all that bad. Personally, I'd take that chance to make it a new beginning.
Assuming you're a homeowner, you can actually collect a nice sum if your stuff was utterly destroyed.. structural value of the home and the items inside. So, hm, maybe I wouldn't be attached to the computers so much since I could just get new (and better) ones :P
It'd be a good chance to move elsewhere and start new. Not only that, but have a lil padding left over. There's always something good that comes out of bad situations.
