True, and once you realize that it's just going to lay there, they may move on to real women (or men, in case of the guy doll). Something a kin to this was described by
www.RealDollDoctor.com He buys worn and torn dolls, patches them up, and puts them up on eBay. Some of them have been neglected and left in their crate to the point that the dolls wind up with "crate marks".
And I don't know about you, but the idea that people are buying pre-own real dolls is REAAAAAAAALLY creepy.
And if some of these are too "real" for you, try the "anime" doll :p
