Everyone saying now how the administration doesn't do anything to halt terrorism while wasting money on a priority like this are pretty much the same people who do criticize the administration when they DO try to do something to halt terrorism. You're all for letting terrorists do whatever they want, unless the administration is not fully focused on them at which time the tune switches to "Why aren't they doing anything about the TERRORISTS!!11!!!11".
With that out of the way, I will say this is extremely stupid on the part of the justice department. There are about 100 different things that should be procecuted before porn. Seriously, what happened to the drug trade, or prostitution, or assault, or domestic violence, or drunk driving, or the numerous other things that have a far greater negative impact on society? It also doesn't help that enforcement would be near-impossible, they might as well try eating soup with a fork.
