People like to bash AIM, but every AIM clone I've tried that is ad-free seems to be lacking essential features that AIM has. Some you can't send IM's with the "Enter" key. Some you can't move past the side of the screen so you can X it out fast. Some don't let you minimize IMs and the app, just one or the other. All of them have something blatantly annoying. I'll stick with AIM with its ads until I find a clone that does it just as well.
