The car was either in a parking lot or stopped at a stop sign on a side road. I was on a state highway with no stop signs or traffic lights and had the right of way. The car pulled out of the side road and into a driveway on the opposite side of the state highway, right in front of me, so I had nowhere to go. I was wearing bright colors and it was a clear day so there was no reason not to see me. I tried to stop once I saw the car moving, but there wasn't enough time to go from 20-25mph to zero before getting hit. But I tried :-)
