one catalog/website you might try is
http://www.newport-news.com (I think at one point they were owned by Avon -- not that that means anything) they have a lot of swimsuits, up to size 18 - and sell them as seperates.. the prices are really good.. and they are definitely not yuor mother's bathing suits...
