Honestly, I wouldn't sweat it too much dude.
Easy for me to say since I still have 98% of my hair, and am in my late 20's, but if mine goes I'm letting it. I've found that most women say having hair or not is not much of an issue, as long as a guy doesn't try to comb it over.
If it is really coming out bad, just cut it super short.
