Well, doesnīt mean that to me. How about he just wanted to show his people, Palestinian people and/or USamerican people that he welcomes anti-USA actions. Itīs not that he trained them and taught them how to blow themselves up. (Might be though)
Anyways, I give money to organizations whose actions I support.
