Legal professionals are held to high ethical standards for a reason, and that reason is to ensure the legal system works fair and impartially for all involved. If Roberts cannot follow this country's laws, and the basic ethical rules of his profession, he is unfit for service.

If Roberts did break the law in this matter, there should be an investigation and indictment.
