That has the 3.8 liter V6 in it, right? Probably wouldn't be too hard to get a supercharger for that thing. I'm not sure if they SC'd it in the Monte that year, but the Gran Prix with the same engine had a SC option. You might even find a GM dealership willing to do it and warranty it.
