Yeah...I'd avoid Creative in general...my cousin had the mico, which stopped working 6 months after he got it...he contacted the site and changed it for a 5GB Iriver h10
Something else not to get from creative is their portable media player (pmp) basically they are Window's bitches and won't let you play most videos, you have to buy the movies, you can't read any DivX...so don't get it.
