In Order:
1.) My new found independence -- it is the "Year of the Joe" and if your not along for the ride, I'll be nice enough to slow down to push you out.
2.) My Ipod - 20 gig version. Like Amex -- I don't leave home without it.
3.) Gym -- Went back about 6 months ago after a long layoff. Now I can't miss a day. So go on. Go ahead and go back. You'll feel 1000% better and you'll look good too.
