Play safe for the next little while... I was surprised how different a PA is from an ampallang.
I got my ampallang around 14 years ago and don't remember it ever pinching or hurting after the inital puncture. My new PA, which I got done in June, has pretty much healed BUT it still can pinch me at the oddest of times.
I only have a 10g at present but to hope to take it up to a 6g... I don't know if a 4g would look good on me though.
Also, I am so with you on the bleeding. I bled like a stuck both times. When I got the PA the piercer said, "Don't worry, this won't bleed much." I just laughed and told him to stand back...
