This happened to me (but in a different spot) and it was from band aids...I am allergic to the adhesive used on them I mention this as I got some on my chest and was wondering ??????? then realised I had some tests done a few days before and the did an ECG and I had those little wires taped to my chest. I wouldent worry too much, I just cover with cream given to me by my docand its gone in a few days
