Yes, an even split at 30. Since all the contestants are adults, that means that fully half the contestants are taken from the first decade of adulthood, and half from the remaining five decades of an average person's life.
Early series tended to have a few young adults (20-40) a few middle-aged (40-60) and two or three elderly (60+). This group has 12 young adults, 3 middle-aged, and one elderly. It's skewing significantly younger, and it seems to be for the purpose of showing off more eye candy. No doubt that's what they think will attract viewers. I'd just like to see a bit more variety.
