Then I'll rephrase - They should have never become hardware people.
Personally, I think the Mac OS is pretty good. However, the hardware is horrible. That's why I use M$ - 3rd party hardware is always going to be nicer. Specialization is totally awesome.
As I said I respect Mac, just dislike the HW, and I don't want to start anything
