I've been reading a bit about the movie now on
www.bluetights.net and I'm really looking forward to it. While I agree that this version of Superman doesn't look like a muscle-bound comic book version of Superman, the "look" of the character isn't as important to me as the ability to act the part. I am a huge fan of Smallville, not because of the look of the character, but because of Tom Welling's ability to bring the confusion and turmoil of the character to life.
