You need to set the IP address on both machine to be on the same network.
Computer 1: 162.10.10.1
Computer 2: 162.10.10.2
Once you set the ip address, the computer should appear in the network neighbourhood
Don't forget to reset the ip address back to whatever it was before, after you're finish with whatever it is that you need to do.
