A few weeks back, i was sitting on a plane watching baggage being loaded off a plane. A box fell off the conveyor belt that was taking the luggage from the plane to the baggage cart thingie... (it must have fallen about 6 feet or so) then the baggage handler proceeded to kick it from the point where it fell, over to the baggage cart thingie. Which was a good 15 feet or so - and kicked it multiple times.
(I wrote a lovely letter of complaint to Delta airlines and to the airport but have never gotten a response)
