Actually, just about every fighting game EVER MADE has that. As do most RPGs. Last I checked, there aren't many FPS where the main character is a sweaty, greasy 15 year old who wheezes when he walks. In much the same way that there are very few girls without gargantuan breasts, there are very few (read: no) fat, hairy, ugly guys. They're all rippling, well-endowed hunks of man meat. Yes, it's an unfair standard. But people like it.

And this has never once happened to me. I've never even seen the word "rape" used in any game outside of a twelve year old telling ME (no, not the female playing next to me at the LAN) that he was going to "r4p3 [me] 4 b31ng such a h4xxxx0rrr!!1"
If you see this behavior, you're quite obviously gaming with the wrong people. Yes, pubescent boys might behave like that in games. But have you ever spoken with a pubescent boy? They talk like that ALL THE TIME. Get some grown up friends and you won't have this problem any more. Seriously, the only people who talk like that aren't even worth talking to anyway. It's not the games, it's the people.
