While I've drunk dialed a couple of times, it's always to my sister, never to an ex (uh....I really don't have any anyway). I just tend to get really chatty when I'm drunk, and have to share my good humor
I guess if this is something you KNOW you do when you're drinking, then it might be a good idea.
