As a former owner of a Z32TT (300ZX TT) I would suggest against it. It is not a practicle car by any means at all. No matter how you look at it owning one makes no sence. For example its only a 2 seater so if you have more than one person with you it sucks. If that doesnt matter they are pigs on gas. If that doesnt matter then insurance for them is staggering. For 10K I would suggest something a little more sensible and realistic like a Impreza 2.5RS (I know 4WD) or maybe something like a Nissan 240sx.
