I'm posting this here because I'm looking specifically for gaming headphones, preferrably a headset, that produce genuine 5.1 sound. I've used many different pairs of stereo headphones in the past, but I'd really like something with true directional sound - the only problem is, I can't find any that get very good reviews.
The ones I'm leaning towards at the moment are
these ones from Tritton. Except I don't really know who Tritton is, nor if they're very reliable.
It doesn't matter whether they're standard 3.5mm or USB connections.
Does anyone have any experience with or recommendations for 5.1 headphones?
