The biggest influences on how hot your processor runs is your CPU fan, case, and ambient temperature in the room. The biggest of the three might be the ambient temp. If it's cool in your room, the processor will be much cooler than normal. If it's hot, the CPU temp will rise. There's nothing you can do to alter the actual temperature of everything in the room.
A good CPU fan will lower temperatures a decent amount (maybe 10 degrees celsius max). Case fans will lower them even further, but not by any amount close to having a good CPU fan or cool ambient temp.
Your processor is fine if it stays under 60 celsius.
