Worrying about stuff that will probably not happen, like the house burninf down, isn't the same as worrying about real stuff... Stuff that can and does happen... and will happen...

Best advice I can give you -- is to just write down your worries.. .sometimes putting it down on paper and facing it, you can rationalilze that it's not as bad as it seems, and you can often come up wiht solutions to what's bugging you.
