You actually only put the link, which means that you have to click on the link itself to see the picture.
If you use the HTML code for it, {img src=""}{/img} (with <> instead of {}) you'll actually show the picture itself IN the post, instead of the link to the image... like this:
<img src="http://th-archive.com/roo.jpg"></img>
So once again, the code for that is... (use <> instead of {})
{img src="http://th-archive.com/roo.jpg"}{/img}
