Electical help...

I have a 6v 5w bulb (festoon style) that I would like to replace with some LEDs. I know that I will have use some sort of resistor but I don't know which one.

I would like to be able to draw the same about of power as the original bulb (if I don't the other bulbs in my system will likely blow). The power source is a stator plate powered by a flywheel on my Vespa.

I realize I will need to use more than one LED but do I need a resistor for each LED and if so does anyone have any suggestions on how I might rig this up?

Thanks!!
