Used to quite often. DIdn't this year as the birth of my child kept me plenty busy. Booked anywhere from 209-219 over the last 8-10 years.

I've got a few 300's, a few 800's, bowled Team USA in '98 and '99, made cut both years, but didn't make the team. Best finish was 19th. Various Mega-bucks tournies in Vegas. Overall, the game has declined steadily with the birth of probably 50+ new bowling balls a year, easier lane conditions and more technology. Just not what it used to be.

I've been bowling since I was 7, and it's a much needed break. Maybe I'll get back in it in a few years.
