A different kind of salsa
Had some fruit in the fridge that was just not getting eaten, so I got some creativity..... and thought I'd share....
Cantelope and Peach Salsa
1/2 Small ripe cantalope, Peeled, seeded, and diced
3/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
2 peaches, pitted and diced (I left the peel on)
1 nectarine, pitted and diced (peel on)
1 large bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, diced
2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 limes, juiced
pinch of salt
Add all ingredients into a bowl, and stir...
