Took your advice and went to the emergency room. Really glad I did as there was no line whatsoever. The doctor confirmed that i do indeed have whip lash. They did xrays of my neck and it's totallys traight (supposed to be curved a little bit) Doc said it's normal from accidents, and said it shoduld all be fine in a couple days. My insurance is friggin horrible as I tried to contact them right after the accident happened and couldn't get through. I got through today after an hour on hold, and was told that the claim dept is off on weekends, and I should call back on monday. I called the guy's insurance, and was given a case number and an agent's name who should contact me in 2 business days. Not really sure what happenes after that and If i'm eligible for any reimbursement. Went to a body shop today and the guy told me it would cost about 3,000 to fix my car. i was shocked as I was expecting a figure of around 400-750.
